![]() 1st and last time there.Bike Everywhere Day is a community event, put on largely by volunteer station hosts like you! Hosting a DIY (do-it-yourself) Celebration Station is a simple and fun way to support and celebrate bicyclists in your community. Place was dirty, employees rude and for a family entertainment business in these times they didn’t seem to care anything about customer experience as long as they already had your money. I called my CC company and immediately disputed the charge since no services has been provided. She said I would just have to do laser tag 3 times. I asked what I was suppose to do with them. She informed me not only were they not gonna refund me even though we couldn’t do any attractions outside but my cards would only be good for that day. ![]() We hadn’t done anything yet so I asked for a refund after I tracked down a manager that I waited for 15 minutes at the counter before tracking down myself. At this point the weather changed in an instant and all outside was shut down. We purchased 4 of their 3 attractions special which was well over 100$ and made our way over to the go cart line were we stood watching employees who looked miserable while parents continued to shove their kids in line ahead of us. We went just so the kids could ride go carts and do utt putt. However, the afternoon storms started, so I used that as an excuse to head home! So a bit expensive for what it was.Īll-in-all, we were there for about five hours and the kids could have probably stayed for five more. Though it was $10, I believe, for personal-sized. The crust was good, sauce not sweet, toppings abundant and well-distributed. Some of the best restaurant pizza I've had, actually. While we waited the extra time, the kids played in the arcade, so they didn't care in the least that we had to wait longer. The gentleman (who may have been the kitchen manager) indicated there had been confusion about the orders. When I noted the error, they were very apologetic and immediately took them back and correct them. Her's came out a regular Hawaiian (pepperoni) and mine came out as pepperoni and onions. I ordered a custom pizza with pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, and jalapenos. She was very clear that she doesn't like pepperoni. My daughter wanted a Hawaiian (offered as pepperoni and pineapple) with sausage instead of pepperoni. When we broke for food, we ordered a couple personal-sized pizzas and a pitcher of soda. I think for every time my daughter got to ride the big ones, my son got three rides on the little ones. They both enjoyed the karts, though the wait for the big ones was very long. My son was too short for the big ones, my daughter (12) too tall for the little ones, so they had to part ways. After a couple goes, they were ready for the Go-Karts. We'd never been but see it as we drive past on I-40 regularly. So just to clarify: An 8-year-old held onto his birthday money for almost four months to go to Celebration Station! So he waited until late June so we could go on a Tuesday, when they only charge $12 for all day passes. But he wanted to go when the weather was warm. My son wanted to go to Celebration Station for his birthday, which is in early March. I usually don't complain but this had to be documented and sent to everyone I know that plans on visiting. I wish I knew the managers name but we were there on 5/30/16 at 12:00 and Stephani was the employee who took our payment for our games and golf. Our experience at your establishment was supposed to be fun since we did pay but instead it turned out to be a Non-Celebration at Celebration Station and I am unsure if we will return but I do plan on sending this email to a few other websites. I guess the employee may have let the manager know because he stalked us the entire time we were there as if he was challenging my husband. My husband did inform the worker that was there to fix the issue that he did not appreciate the attitude he received from the manager and asked the employee to let the manager know that he was not happy. We continued to play since we had paid $7.50 for 3 and enjoyed the rest of the game. Again he was not that friendly either even though we said thank you. Finally after a total of 25 minutes someone came out and retrieved the golf balls. We waited, patiently, along with another family, 15 minutes before I called from my phone and asked that they send someone out because a line was forming. Of course this was not a great customer experience as the manager seemed as though he was agitated, upset and was not friendly. ![]() ![]() The manager at that time said no and that he would send someone out to fix the issue. We went inside and asked for the money to be put on the card and we play in games (as we have done before). ![]() We had started to play golf, course B, and while on hole 3 our golf balls did not return. ![]()
